What does Handled Well do?

We print your PDF, prepare it professionally, and mail it the same business day with USPS tracking and proof of mailing. The process is discreet, reliable, and designed for time-sensitive correspondence.

What is the same-day cutoff?

Payments completed by 3:00 PM local time qualify for same-day mailing. Payments after the cutoff or on non-business days are mailed the next business day.

How does payment work?

You choose Standard Same‑Day ($7) or Priority Same‑Day ($12) and pay securely (Stripe or Apple Pay). After successful payment, you are redirected to a secure form to upload your PDF and provide mailing details. USPS postage is billed at cost.

What files are accepted?

PDF only. Please submit a single PDF with embedded fonts. Letter size (8.5×11 in) is recommended. We print in black & white or color as submitted.

Are there page limits or postage adjustments?

Postage is based on final weight and USPS service. Multi‑page or heavier letters may require higher postage, which is billed at cost. The service fee covers same‑day handling and preparation.

Do you support Certified Mail or Return Receipt?

Yes. Indicate “Certified Mail” and any Return Receipt preference in the notes after payment. Applicable USPS fees apply.

How do I receive confirmation?

You will receive an email with proof of mailing and the USPS tracking number immediately after your letter is mailed.

What documents are acceptable?

Typical letters, notices, legal and financial correspondence, invoices, and statements. We mail printed documents only and do not process content that violates USPS or applicable laws.

How is privacy handled?

Documents are handled confidentially, used solely for printing and mailing, and deleted after fulfillment. We do not use your files for any other purpose.

Refunds or declined submissions

If we cannot process your order (for example, a non‑PDF file or missing address), we will decline the submission and refund the service fee. Postage is not charged unless your letter is mailed.
