What does Handled Well do?
We print your PDF, prepare it professionally, mail it the same business day with the USPS, and provide confirmation of mailing. The process is discreet, reliable, and suited for time-sensitive correspondence.
What is the same-day cutoff?
Standard orders completed by 3:00 PM ET and Rush orders completed by 4:00 PM ET qualify for same-day mailing. Orders placed after the cutoff or on non-business days are mailed the next business day.
Is tracking included?
Not at this time. To keep pricing simple and low, letters are mailed with regular USPS postage and do not include tracking. Once your letter is dropped off at the post office, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the mailing time and location. USPS-Tracking, Certified Mail, and return receipt options are coming soon!
How does payment work?
You choose Standard ($7) or Rush ($12), depending on time submitted, and pay securely via Stripe. During checkout, you will enter the return and recipient mailing addresses.
What files are accepted?
PDF only. Please submit a single PDF. Letter size (8.5 × 11 in) is recommended. Documents are printed exactly as submitted in black & white or color.
Are there page limits or postage adjustments?
Up to five standard letter-size pages are accepted per mailing. Expanded postage options will be available soon.
Do you support Certified Mail or Return Receipt?

How do I receive confirmation?
You will receive an email confirmation when your letter is handed off to USPS. The confirmation includes the date, time, and post office location where your letter was handed off to USPS.
What documents are acceptable?
Typical letters, notices, legal and financial correspondence, invoices, and statements. We mail printed documents only and do not process content that violates USPS or applicable state and federal laws.
How is privacy handled?
Documents are treated as confidential and used solely for printing and mailing your letter. Files may be securely retained for up to 30 days for customer support or legal inquiries, after which they are permanently deleted.
Refunds or declined submissions
If we cannot process your order (for example, due to a non-PDF file or missing address), the submission will be declined and the service fee refunded. Postage is only charged once your letter has been mailed.
